Dongguan Yada High Precision Plastic Mold Co., Ltd. was founded in Hong Kong in 1985 and established a factory in mainland China in 1993

Today, Yada has three factories with a total production area of 35000 square meters and over 1000 employees. They provide plastic mold manufacturing, injection molding, and component assembly services, mainly serving the European, American, and Chinese markets. Yada specializes in the manufacturing and injection molding of precision parts, multi-color, threaded, thin-walled parts, and hardware sealing parts, and has rich experience in manufacturing multi-color molds.

The company has introduced ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, and ISO13485 certifications to guide employees in continuously improving product quality.
Commonly used methods include early participation, product design review, mold flow analysis, early quality planning, potential failure mode analysis, etc., to jointly develop products with customers. We apply Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), scientific injection molding, Process Control (CPK) and other methods to monitor the process, maintain and improve its stability.
